How Small Group Training Works
As a LIFT Lincoln member, small group training is one of the ways you can use your gym. Grab a friend or partner, book a session, and train together with Marissa coaching every rep.
Two People Maximum
Not a class. Not a crowd. Two people, one coach, full attention. You and your training partner get the same quality coaching as a private session.
Individual Programming
You each get your own plan based on your goals, your body, and your experience. Marissa writes and adjusts every program personally.
Your Gym, Your Way
LIFT is your gym first. The facility, the equipment, the community. Small group training is how you and a partner make the most of it together.
Built-In Accountability
