LIFT Lincoln gives you both options. Members can train independently using the full facility, or work with Marissa, who is on staff as a certified personal trainer.

Independent Training

You know your program. You want good equipment, enough space, and a clean gym that is never packed. LIFT is a membership gym, not a walk-in warehouse. The racks are always available and the floor is always yours.

Coached Training with Marissa

Marissa is the owner of LIFT Lincoln and a certified personal trainer. She works with members one-on-one on strength, technique, and custom programming. Whether you are learning to squat for the first time or chasing a new PR, coaching is always available.
